Timothy W. McLeron, Esq., received his B.S. degree in Computer Science, his B.A. degree in Political Science and a minor in English from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He received his J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University. He is primarily engaged with claims administration for Stewart Title Insurance Company out of the White Plains, New York office. Prior to joining Stewart Title, Mr. McLeron was New York State Claims Counsel with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He has worked in the title industry since 1990 as a searcher, then an examiner and finally counsel to a title agency. He is an approved CLE lecturer by The New York State Department of State, Bureau of Educational Standards to instruct real estate qualifying and continuing education courses and has lectured on Claims administration and Title Insurance. Mr. McLeron is admitted to the New York and Connecticut bars as well as to the Federal District Court, Western District of New York. He is a member of the American, New York State and several local Bar Associations.
