Timothy W. Boothe a resident of San Jose is the Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer of the Bank. Until December of 2000 Tim was a Senior Vice President and Commercial Team Leader with Heritage Bank of Commerce in San Jose. At Heritage Bank of Commerce Tim was responsible for daily management of a commercial lending team of this $400 million commercial bank. His areas of responsibilities included all marketing structuring underwriting and collection of his commercial lending team that generated $65 million of loans and $70 million of deposits. Tim managed three lending officers and a credit analyst and was a member of the Officers Loan Committee.
Prior to joining Heritage Bank of Commerce in 1996 Tim spent six years in progressively senior positions with Comerica Bank-California in the San Jose and Oakland offices. He served as an Assistant Group Manager Loan Administration Officer Corporate Banking Officer and Credit Analyst. Tim managed a variety of loan portfolios ranging in size from $15 million as a Corporate Banking Officer to $300 million as a Loan Administration Officer. |
