Timothy T. Tevens was elected President and a Director of the Company in January 1998 and assumed the duties of Chief Executive Officer in July 1998. From May 1991 to January 1998 he served as our Vice President Information Services and was also elected Chief Operating Officer in October 1996. From 1980 to 1991 Mr. Tevens was employed by Ernst & Young LLP in various management consulting capacities. |
