Tim concentrates his practice in commercial and international business transactions. Typically, his clients look to Tim for assistance for resolving the complex business and legal challenges they face. Transactions and areas of legal specialty include: Mergers and acquisitions General corporate law Corporate finance Venture financing Financial institution reorganizations and acquisitions Federal and state regulatory applications and approvals As outside general counsel, Tim provides general corporate advice to officers, directors and management on contract, licensing, employment, tax, corporate governance and other legal matters. Tim served four years as general counsel and chief financial officer of a publicly traded international manufacturing concern based in the Twin Cities.
