Mr. Fisher has been employed at The Hillman Company in various capacities since 1972. Hillman is a private company located in Pittsburgh, PA with broadly diversified operations and investments. Mr. Fisher currently serves as Vice President and is a member of The Hillman Company board of directors. He is also a director of Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Conforma Clad, Inc., Therma Tru, Inc., Latin Axis, Inc. and CenterStone Technologies, Inc.
