Tim Silvis is a member of Miller & Martin's Corporate Department. Mr. Silvis represents public and private companies, investment funds and other equity investors with respect to mergers, acquisitions, securities matters, private equity investments and other complex business transactions. He also provides a diversity of general corporate services relating to corporate formation and organization, capitalization and securities issuances, and the drafting of various commercial agreements. Tim's representation of private companies and equity investors has been focused on acquisitions and divestitures, financing transactions and joint ventures. His representation of public companies has primarily related to federal and state securities law compliance, investor relations and proxy solicitation.
