Timothy J. Flanagan has extensive experience in trial of claims for general liability, products liability, employmment discrimination, and medical malpractice. He also has extensive appellate experience, having argued appeals involving employment discrimination, tort claims, intellectual property and insurance issues before the Appellate Divisions of the State of New York, the New York State Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman LLP in 1984, Mr. Flanagan specialized in the defense of medical malpractice claims, and, from 1982 through 1984, he defended a major tire manufacturer in products liability cases throughout the country. |
