Timothy G. Massad is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Tim has a diverse corporate practice, with an emphasis on securities offerings (as counsel to underwriters and issuers) and bank financings. Tim's practice is heavily international. He was a resident partner in the Firm's Hong Kong office from 1998 through 2002 and continues to do a significant amount of work in India. Tim has practiced in the Firm's London office and has worked extensively in Latin America.
Tim was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He joined Cravath in 1984 and became a partner in 1992.
