Mr. Leland focuses on managing Stonebridge s relationships with private equity firms and overseeing the execution of merger and acquisition transactions. He joined Stonebridge Associates from Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP ("CCR"), where he served as Principal and Director of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Prior to joining CCR, Mr. Leland was a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Adams, Harkness & Hill, Inc., concentrating on middle market transactions in the technology, healthcare and consumer goods industries. Previously, he was a member of the NationsBanc Montgomery Securities investment banking group. Mr. Leland received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and an A.B. cum laude from Bowdoin College.
