Mr. Bennett focuses his practice on corporate law, with specific experience in distressed debt, securities law reporting requirements and corporate governance. He has represented the trading desks of both institutional dealers and hedge funds in their purchase and sale of distressed debt in US and UK secondary markets. Mr. Bennett has also assisted institutions in negotiating the assignment of claims held against debtors that have filed for bankruptcy protection.
Additionally, Mr. Bennett completed an internship at the New York Stock Exchange in the Division of Enforcement.
