Tim co-founded Paisley in 1995 with his wife Stacey Paisley Welu. Under his leadership, Paisley has become a recognized market leader in business accountability software. Leading the company since its inception, Tim's tenure as Paisley CEO, has included four appearances on Inc. Magazine's list of the fastest growing private companies in the United States. Tim is a recognized expert in compliance and has been widely quoted in industry publications, including BusinessWeek, Business Finance, PC Magazine and Risk Magazine. In addition, Tim is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on the topic of governance, risk and compliance. Recently he co-authored a book, Inside the Minds: Managing For Profits, a collection of essays from business thought leaders. Prior to forming Paisley, Tim was in sales and marketing with Hormel Foods in Austin, Minnesota. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Iowa. |
