Tim Rains serves as Vice President, Finance and Administration, and has been with the Company since August of 1995. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 1974, he spent six years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. and some fourteen years with various companies, primarily oil and gas industry related, in the Oklahoma City area. Tim is married with two daughters.
Tim is responsible for the oversight of all accounting and financial functions of the Company, including: pricing, payroll, human resources and information technologies. |
