Tim is responsible for development and dissemination of company-wide, technology best-practices and staff development across the globe. He is focused on solution architecture and design, internal knowledge management, and the development of intellectual property which speeds delivery and ensures product quality. Before Knowledge Rules, Tim was both proprietor of PegaTRICKS.com, an online resource for developers of Pegasystems-based, business process automation solutions and a freelance enterprise architect for large-scale BPM implementations. From 2003 to 2005, Tim was Managing Partner of The MOT Group LLC, a provider of advanced development services for Fortune 1000 companies implementing Pegasystems’ PRPC suite of rules-based, BPM solutions. Clients included companies as diverse as Sentient Jet Inc. and Citibank. From 1994 to 2003, Tim worked at Pegasystems where he worked in field engineering, account management, and product development roles. His most recent position as Director of Technology Evolution focused on bridging the gap between the PegaWORKS and PRPC product-lines and helping customers understand the implications of the new BPM/BPA architectures for their businesses.Tim studied computer science at the University of New Hampshire and earned a Masters of Science in the Management of Technology issued jointly from the Sloan School of Management and the School of Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
