Tim Padva, President: has more than 15 years experience in the insurance industry. After a successful career as a employee benefits specialists with Equitable Life Assurance Company, Tim became the senior pension and benefits advisor for EMI, one of the leading PEOs in the tri-state region. Tim helped EMI implement a Fortune 500 benefits program, including multi-state health programs, dental, life, disability, vision and Section 125 Cafeteria Plans. Total annual plan premiums were in excess of $5,000,000. Tim also designed the EMI single employer pension plan with Nationwide, growing the program to $50,000,000 in assets under management by the end of 1998. When EMI was combined with PTI in 1998, to form EPIX, Tim was named manager of the Pennsylvania regional office. |
