Tim Ng serves as an acquisitions associate within our real estate team. His responsibilities include financial analysis, project due diligence, and project management.
Prior to joining AmREIT, Mr. Ng gained experience in real estate while working as an associate at Situs Realty Services in Houston. At Situs, he worked with numerous multi-national investment banks on a variety of real estate projects around the world. Prior to working at Situs, he worked at Enron as a risk analyst in their retail group.
Mr. Ng earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University. He earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance and Minor in Economics from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. Additionally, Mr. Ng is a licensed real estate salesperson and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
