Tim Guleri, Director Tim Guleri is a Managing Director of Sierra Ventures, a Menlo Park, California, venture capital fund. Sierra's nine portfolios of venture investments have committed capital exceeding $1.5 Billion from sources including twelve major university endowments and foundations (Princeton, Stanford, Dartmouth, Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, The University of Chicago, Hewlett Foundation, Ford Foundation and Rockefeller), U.S. corporate and municipal pension funds (including Managing Motors, DuPont and Virginia), and over forty prominent investors, most of whom are founders, CEO's or Directors of major publicly-traded technology companies. Mr. Guleri currently serves as a Director of numerous private companies including Airmedia, Approva, Greenplum, Code Green Networks, Everest Software, Sourcefire, Spoke Software and Steelbox Networks. He also heads Sierra s India strategy and investment team. He holds a Master's Degree in Robotics and Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from India.
