Tim Feaster serves as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Dallas, TX office. Prior to joining DHR International, he was Senior Vice President & Partner, Retail/Consumer Products and Services/Apparel at Hylê Human Capital Partners where he was responsible for business development and the management of client accounts. Previous to his career at Hylê, Tim enjoyed success at TMP Worldwide, Korn Ferry International and Ray & Berndtson as a Partner respectively. Before entering the executive search industry, Tim spent 25 years in the apparel manufacturing industry heavily leveraging the retail environment. He was responsible for all phases of corporate management including manufacturing, marketing, national sales force management, trade shows, styling, advertising, customer service, senior-level staffing and sales force recruitment. Tim has significant experience and success in completing executive search assignments for the retail industry, apparel, food, advertising, e-commerce, high technology, as well as the Big 5 Consulting Firms. Tim has placed `C-level' to middle management positions in operations, finance & accounting, merchandising, sales & marketing, human resources and technology, both domestically and internationally.
