Mr. Daniels has over 20 years experience in the areas of financing corporate development and management of medium and small-capitalized companies. Mr. Daniels spent several years in the investment industry first as a licensed stockbroker and later as a Branch Manager and Regional Head of Corporate Finance for a Canadian based investment firm. Since 1991 Mr. Daniels has been President of T. D. Daniels and Associates Ltd. a private consulting firm specializing in financing investor relations and corporate development of both private and public companies. Mr. Daniels has served as a board member for several publicly traded companies over the past 15 years. Mr. Daniels' extensive management experience includes natural resources high tech. industrial and biomedical companies.
