Dr Stein is a Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Mithridion. During 2005/6 he will devote 20% of his time to the Company as an adviser while completing his clinical work for an MD degree at UW, and then will become a full-time employee in May 2006. Dr Stein is author on a total of 8 peer reviewed publications and is a co-inventor of one patent application with Dr Johnson. He has received several honors and awards, including being the Rath Wisconsin Distinguished Graduate Fellow. Dr Stein is a post-doctoral fellow in the Neuroscience Training Program of UW. He received his PhD in 2004 in Molecular Neurobiology, based on his research in Dr Johnson’s laboratory in the School of Pharmacy, UW, Madison. He was awarded his BS degree in Molecular Biology and Physics by UW in 1998. |
