Bio: Father Thomas Richstatter, OFM, is a Franciscan, a member of the Order of Friars Minor of the Province of Saint John the Baptist (since 1957) and a Roman Catholic priest (since 1966). He has devoted most of his life to the study and teaching of liturgy and sacramental theology. During his education, he taught high school for five years and later served as executive secretary of the Federation of Diocesan Liturgical Commissions (1981-1983). Many of his books, articles and videos have been published by St. Anthony Messenger Press. He is a member of the Canon Law Society of America, the North American Academy of Liturgy, the Catholic Academy of Liturgy, the Societas Liturgica, and the American Franciscan Liturgical Commission.
