Thomas R. Overstreet Jr., Vice President, is an expert in industrial organization and antitrust economics. Dr. Overstreet has conducted research on a wide range of antitrust issues, including vertical restraints such as resale price maintenance, facilitating practices, and vertical market foreclosure. He has consulted with counsel in numerous legal proceedings, and provided oral and written expert testimony for private and government clients. Dr. Overstreet also has assisted numerous clients in presentations before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice. Previously, he was assistant director in the Bureau of Economics and assistant to the director of the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission. |
