Mr. Neslage has over thirty years experience in various leadership and executive positions in the energy industry, with an emphasis on commercialization of new technology. In 1994, he became the first Managing Director and CEO of Hydro-Texaco, a Scandinavian joint venture company between Texaco and Norsk Hydro. Neslage was tasked to form Texaco Global Products in 1995 and was appointed its President in 1996. In 1999, Neslage was named to Texaco's Executive Operating Committee and given the additional responsibilities of Vice President of Marketing for Texaco Inc. and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Fuel and Marine Marketing Inc. In 2001, he was named a Senior Vice President of ECD and became the President of Cobasys in 2002. Tom was appointed Chief Executive Officer in January, 2003. |
