Tom Myers has more than 20 years experience leveraging strong business and technical skills to deliver bottom-line improvements to leading companies in the retail, financial, pharmaceutical, medical, manufacturing, education, and telecommunications industries. Mr. Myers joined SEI in 2004 and spent a year in the UK as part of the implementation leadership team conducting the selection, build out, hiring, and ramp up of the Letchworth, England, customer support center. This center was developed to provide technical support to SEI's third largest customer cultivated under Mr. Myers's direction. In 2007, Mr. Myers spent significant time in China as part of a cross functional executive team planning and executing the startup of the Chengdu, Sichuan Province, customer support center. As part of this effort, Mr. Myers led the relationship development and signing of SEI's first China-based customer, a global quick service restaurant with China headquarters in Shanghai. Before joining SEI, Mr. Myers was a Major Accounts Manager for Group 1 Software, a producer of data quality solutions for customer communications. Group 1 Software was later acquired by Pitney Bowes. Mr. Myers also served as Vice President and North American Sales Manager for a division of Metavante, a provider of banking and payment technology solutions. As part of the senior leadership team, he consistently delivered double-digit annual revenue growth over a 10-year period. Mr. Myers also worked with Hewlett-Packard Company as a Target Account Manager and as a Solutions Engineer specializing in medical, scientific, manufacturing, and process control systems and applications. Mr. Myers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from North Dakota State University, and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago. |
