Tom Kelly has been a member of the Board since February 2000. He currently serves as CEO of BlueStar Solutions (formerly eOnlineInc), a leading ASP provider, where he brings over 26 years of executive management experience in the technology industry. He has an established reputation of leadership in a wide range of executive management roles from strategic business development, to sales and operations for national and international companies. Kelly's experience includes a particular focus on rapid growth organizations. Prior to joining eOnlineInc, he served as chairman and CEO of Blaze Software during which Blaze dramatically increased its revenues, successfully completed its IPO and was acquired by Brokat International AG of Germany. Chairman, President and CEO of Blaze Software (NASDAQ: BLZE) a worldwide provider of rules-based e-business software enabling personalized interaction across corporate touch points.
He joined Blaze Software in July 1998 from Cirrus Logic, a $1 billion semiconductor company, where as Chief Operating Officer he was responsible for all product divisions, as well as sales. At Cirrus, Kelly completed nearly $1 billion in new financing and successfully led the company's return to profitability.
Prior to Cirrus, Kelly served as executive vice president at Frame Technology Corp., where he had a lead role in reorganizing and refocusing the company before it was acquired by Adobe. During his tenure, Frame doubled its annual revenues to $120 million, and its market valuation increased from $75 million to $550 million.
Previously, Kelly was Senior Vice President and CFO of Cadence Design Systems, a software company. Kelly holds a B.S. degree in economics from Santa Clara University. He is actively involved in various community organizations, associations and companies, and serves on the Board of Fellows for Santa Clara University. |
