Mr. Hoyer brings over 20 years of senior corporate finance experience to eDiets.com, having served as Chief Financial Officer of several public and private companies, including Digital Angel, Inc, Nationsrent Companies, Inc. and GLOBEquip LLC, as well as in a broad range of significant financial roles at MWH Global, Inc. and Fluor Corporation.
Mr. Hoyer will be responsible for eDiet's finance operations, including accounting, external reporting, tax, treasury and investor relations, and will report directly to eDiets CEO and President, Steve Rattner. |
