Thomas Holt joined ANTs software inc.'s Board of Directors in November 2000.
Mr. Holt is currently Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Lucent's Services organization. Before joining Lucent, as a result of its recent purchase of International Network Services (INS), Mr. Holt served as Vice President of Information Services and Chief Information Officer at INS.
Prior to joining INS, Mr. Holt acted as Vice President of Management Information Systems and Chief Information Officer at Informix Software, Inc., best known for its relational database management system technology. He joined INS in 1992. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Holt was Director of Information Systems at VLSI Technology, Inc.
From 1972 to 1987, Mr. Holt was with Motorola Semiconductor, Inc., including acting as European MIS Director from 1983 through 1985, and MIS director for Asia Pacific from 1985 through 1987.
Mr. Holt began his career at IBM (U.K.) Ltd. in 1967 and remained there until joining Motorola in 1972. Mr. Holt holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Birmingham, Birmingham, England. |
