With 21 years of healthcare experience, Thomas is a seasoned executive with more than 17 years of senior level experience in the Home Health sector and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining AllianceCare, Thomas was the Sr. Vice President of Operations for Texas Home Health, the largest home care provider in the State of Texas. His executive experience also includes Executive Vice President for Complete Home Healthcare and a Regional Director for American Retirement Corporation. Thomas has also provided guidance for strategically utilizing Outcome Concept Systems (OSC) data and winning the 2005 OCS Vision Award in competition with over 1,500 home health companies across the U.S. |
