Thomas Field offers business clients a unique combination of expertise and success in litigated and transactional matters. In more than 40 years, he achieved success in hundreds of court and arbitration matters, and negotiations of disputes for prominent clients, many of them well-known multinational corporations, involving an array of diverse matters, including contract disputes, product liability, customs, tort liability in business context, antitrust violations, alleged false advertising, corporate proxy contest and taxes, among others. He also successfully represented clients before US, state, and municipal agencies, achieving in some of them actions never before taken by the government agency.
For the past 25 years Mr. Field also successfully provided litigation strategy for multinational corporations in litigation involving patent infrigement, and patent licenses.
From 1952-1953, Mr. Field was a Law Clerk to the Hon. William Bondy, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.
