Tom has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering and supply chain management. His areas of expertise include general management, financial and business analysis, business and restructuring plan development and execution, and process improvement to reposition clients for future growth and profitability. He has an extensive background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen, purchase contract negotiations and collective bargaining.
Tom has experience working in a wide array of industries, including automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, industrials, steel and retail.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron, Tom was a Director at Glass & Associates. Previously, he led the supply management and engineering organizations for a $3B luxury goods corporation, and spent many years as a principal consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Management Consulting practice (PwC).
As the managing director of supply management, new product engineering and business process improvement of a luxury goods corporation, Tom:
Reduced headcount by 20%, improved communications and efficiencies, and reduced costs by effectively restructuring the organization along product category lines.

As the Vice President of Manufacturing for a leading worldwide manufacturer of electrical products, tools and hardware, Tom:
