Tom is a Vice President - Regional Director of Empire Valuation Consultants, LLC. He is responsible for developing Empire’s corporate valuation services (financial reporting, fairness opinions, intellectual property, holding company investments values, litigation support, etc.) in the Northeast region primarily, and beyond. He brings to Empire over 25 years of experience in commercial lending, including serving as Senior Vice President of a New York City bank. He has been involved in over 700 lending transactions of various types and sizes. He also served as CFO in two middle-market companies where he was actively involved in financial reporting issues, the corporate valuation process, as well as other typical finance issues. His lending experience encompasses lending to many industries including firms in manufacturing of all types (both domestic and overseas), high-technology, media and publishing, computer software, construction and related services, retail chains, apparel and textile, wholesaling and distributing, services (engineering, advertising, etc.), food manufacturing and distribution, and many other industries. He has served as a Board member of numerous commercial and community-based organizations, along with serving on the Transition Committee of a prior NYC Mayor based on his knowledge of private business needs. Tom has lectured at middle-market finance conferences on various lending and corporate financial planning topics. Tom holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Hofstra University and a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from St. John’s University |
