Altier brings 30 years of financial management experience to his position of chief financial officer. Altier's areas of responsibility include finance, legal and human resources. Recently honored by the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) in the CFO of the Year, Deal of the Year award category, Altier was recognized for his efforts in CyberShift's strategic acquisition of Necho Systems in 2005. Altier's "Big Four" career foundation, as well as experience with publicly traded and privately owned companies and small and mid size startup and turnaround situations, has been invaluable to CyberShift. Prior to joining CyberShift in 2000, Altier was executive vice president and chief financial officer for a division of Thomson Financial. Altier also spent 10 years with Price Waterhouse. He holds a bachelor's and master's of business administration from Columbia University. |
