Wermers is CEO of Wermers companies, premier multi-family builders in the industry. Serving the southwestern United States and headquartered in San Diego, Wermers constructs new multi-family apartments, senior assisted living facilities and extended stay hotels. Mr. Wermers is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) Coastal San Diego Chapter, and is on the board of Youth With a Mission (YWAM), an organization whose mission includes building homes in Mexico and other third world countries.
