Thomas W. Weborg, age 64, was appointed to the board in July 2004 and elected in May 2005. He is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Java City, a wholesale supplier and retailer of coffee-related products and services. Mr. Weborg served on the board of Humboldt Bancorp from November 2000 to July 2004. He was a director of Humboldt Bank from June 2002 to July 2004 and prior to that, chairman of Capitol Valley Bank from 1999 until June 2002. |
