Mr. Thagard focuses his practice on complex business litigation matters, including commercial business litigation, class actions, pharmaceutical defense, insurance fraud, products liability, and antitrust. He has represented clients in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and Utah. Mr. Thagard has tried cases in various circuit courts in Alabama. He has litigated cases in all of Alabama’s federal district courts and most Alabama counties. He has handled appeals in both the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Alabama Supreme Court. |
