Thomas W. Cimino

Thomas W. Cimino, a founder of DeltaPoint Capital and Capital Formation Group, has over 34 years of business experience in finance, marketing and general management. Prior to founding Capital Formation Group in 1992, Mr. Cimino spent 22 years in various industries where he held the positions of Controller, Vice President of Manufacturing, Vice President of Marketing and Senior Vice President and General Manager, Worldwide Automotive Operations. As Managing Director of Capital Formation Group, Mr. Cimino's primary responsibilities centered on business development activities for transaction origination.
Mr. Cimino is currently on the Board of Directors of High Falls Brewing, LLC, a malt brewer, Genesee Valley Trust Company, a personal investment and trust advisor and Badger Technologies, Inc., a contract electronics manufacturer. He is also the Chairman of Ultimate Technology Corporation, a provider of point-of-sale hardware solutions.
Mr. Cimino is a graduate of the University of Rochester where he received a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 1968.
