Thomas Marino Biography :

Thomas V. Marino is a member of DBM's litigation and arbitration practice group. Mr. Marino concentrates on a wide variety of complex, multi-party business and securities litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the United States. Mr. Marino also focuses on First Amendment litigation particularly in the areas of defamation, and has to his credit landmark cases including decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court in Keeton v. Hustler and Falwell v. Flynt. Memberships and Affiliations: Board of Directors New York County Lawyers' Association; Chair of the Committee on the Federal Courts; New York State Supreme Court Committee; Task Force on Selection and Election of New York State Judges. Continuing Legal Education Lectures for New York County Lawyers Association.
