Tom T. Howker serves as a Director of TCM Bank and on the Independent Community Bankers of America’s (ICBA) Payments & Technology and Large Community Bank Committees. A founding Director for Pacific Coast Bankers Bank, Mr. Hawker has served as the Chair of the Board. He is also a Committee Member and Past President of California Independent Bankers.
Mr. Hawker graduated from San Jose State University and went on to receive his MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University. He is a lifetime banker and was designated as the 2004 Independent Community Banker of the Year by California Independent Bankers. Mr. Hawker is a past President of Rotary and is an Advisory Director of the California Aviation Challenge Foundation and Merced College, and a Trustee for the UC Merced Foundation. Mr. Hawker also serves as a Director for the Fresno Economic & Development Corporation. |
