Mr. Ketteler is currently a consultant to Schottenstein Stores Corporation ("SSC") and a special advisor to the independent directors of American Eagle Outfitters. Previously, Mr. Ketteler served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Schottenstein Stores Corporation ("SSC"), a private company owned by the Schottenstein-Deshe-Diamond families. Mr. Ketteler served SSC as Chief Operating Officer from April 1995 through 2000, as a Director since 1985 and Vice President of Finance since 1981. Prior to SSC, he was a partner in the firm of Alexander Grant and Company, Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Ketteler has served as an officer and director of various other corporations owned or controlled by the Schottenstein family, the members of which beneficially own over ten percent of the common stock of American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. From 1994 through 2003, Mr. Ketteler served as a director of American Eagle Outfitters, Inc., the common stock of which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. |
