Mr. Irvin, corporate vice president and treasurer, joined the company in 1987. He is responsible for all activities of CSC's global treasury, including banking, risk management, capital markets, and pension and savings plan investments.
Prior to joining CSC, Mr. Irvin served as vice president and chief financial officer of Ni-Cal Development Corporation. Previously, he held financial and engineering positions at Raytheon and Dravo Corporation. Mr. Irvin holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Rutgers University, a master's degree in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and
a master's degree in business administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. |
