Thomas P. Rohan, III is counsel in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Tom's practice is primarily concentrated in the area of commercial leasing, representing a wide variety of landlords and tenants in the leasing of all types of facilities, both locally and throughout the United States. He has significant experience in the area of condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations, including the preparation of offering plans and amendments, and the representation of condominium associations and cooperative apartment corporations. His experience also includes commercial and residential conveyancing, representation of commercial lenders in the preparation and negotiation of mortgage documentation and representation of the Real Estate Board of New York, Inc. on a variety of real estate matters including the review and analysis of proposal legislation affecting real estate. |
