Tom is one of the co-founders of T&T. Tom's experience with SMB ERP systems began when he worked for the Solomon Software International department assisting with the implementation of multi-currency functionality in the beta release of Solomon IV version 1.X in 1993. Since that time he as established himself as an expert in the field of middle market ERP systems.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Villanova University. He joined one of the premier technical consulting firms in the Solomon reseller channel in 1994.
In 1995 Tom teamed up with his brother Tim to start T&T Data Solutions L.L.C.. Since that time, his exceptional abilities in business process analysis, system design, software development and his ability to communicate and educate have been pivital factors in the success of T&T.
Tom has significant accounting and information technology experience. This has mostly centered on implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Buisness Solutions-Solomon since 1993. Tom has significant experience in evaluating business processes, determining the information system needs, and then designing, developing and implementing software to meet the specific business environment.
Tom holds a Master Level Certification for Microsoft Business Solutions-Solomon Applications. Tom is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer for Solomon, since 1994. He is recognized in the industry as one of the premier trainers for almost every module as well has for systems and implementation courses for the Solomon product line.
Tom has established a reputation as a leading authority in the programming and systems tools related to Microsoft Business Solutions - Solomon. He was among the very first to do serious development work with the Solomon Tools for Visual Basic and has been a recognized authority on this topic since before the release of version 2.X of the Solomon product line. He was the original author of the current course materials for the Solomon Tools for Visual Basic. He has been intimately involved in the development and recent attempts to improve courseware and certification exam materials for this and other Solomon modules.
Tom is also one of the premier instructors for the Business Intelligence software package, Power OLAP, produced by Paris Technologies. He has been teaching Power OLAP for over 4 years.
Currently Tom is based apprximately 50 miles north east of Baltimore MD. |
