Thomas P. Heneghan, 42, has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 2004. Mr. Heneghan has been a director of the Company since March 2004. Mr. Heneghan is a member of the Company’s Management Committee. Mr. Heneghan was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from May 2000 to December 2003.
