Tom Tartaro is Open Solutions’ Vice President General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He leads the company’s Legal Department and is responsible for managing the company's worldwide legal affairs including acquisitions corporate financing software licensing and strategic alliances. He is also responsible for Open Solutions’ corporate governance and the internal audit and compliance functions. Mr. Tartaro joined Open Solutions in 2001. Since joining the company he has overseen the company’s Initial Public Offering in 2003 Follow-on Offering in 2004 Senior Subordinated Convertible Notes Offering in 2005 and 12 acquisitions.
Prior to joining Open Solutions Mr. Tartaro was in private practice in Washington D.C. working in the Washington D.C. offices of LeBoeuf Lamb Leiby & MacRae LLP and Preston Gates & Ellis LLP among others. Tom holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Hofstra University.
