Tom counsels corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, tax, securities and capital markets, corporate finance, succession planning and general corporate law.
Tom also advises healthcare organizations on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He works with a wide range of healthcare clients, counseling them in connection with fraud and abuse, regulatory compliance and governance matters.
Tom is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003 and earned his B.A. from Miami University in 1999. Tom joined Calfee in 2003. |
