Tom Mayer joined LOPEZGARCIA GROUP in May 1998 and currently serves as Facilities Division Manager. His responsibilities include staff management and allocation for numerous projects. Recent projects include Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) design for Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Frito-Lay, Dallas and Fort Worth Independent School Districts and Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). Tom has provided electrical engineering services for educational, medical, judicial and recreational facilities and federal, state and local agencies and municipalities.Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York, Buffalo. He is a member of the City of Dallas Fire Code Advisory Board, Society of Military Engineers, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. and the Design/Build Institute of America.Tom has received seven USACE Performance Awards, four USACE "On-the-Spot" Awards, a USACE Special Act Award and a Certificate of Appreciation from the Office of the Secretary of Defense. |
