Thomas J. Dolan, Senior Engineer, is M&A's responsible managing employee, overseeing engineering, construction management services, and quality control for environmental construction projects. During his 24 years of experience, Mr. Dolan has provided remedial design and management services for numerous sites impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and heavy metals. He has provided litigation support, developing expertise in both the State of California and Federal environmental and safety regulations.
