Thomas J. O'Neal has more than 41 years of experience and is the Managing Partner of Polsinelli Shughart's Springfield office.

Mr. O'Neal has represented banks; financial institutions; creditors in and out of bankruptcy; bankruptcy trustees; and businesses for more than 30 years in workout arrangements, commercial litigation, repossessions, foreclosures, reorganizations and bankruptcies.

For the last 20 years, Mr. O'Neal has served as a panel trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in Kansas and Missouri, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
