Thomas J. Kristofco, Senior Vice President, Paradigm Solutions International and Blair Technology Group, directs the commercial solutions and services business segment of Paradigm Holdings, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for strategic planning, market positioning, integration team leadership, and the management of functional departments. Prior to this role, Mr. Kristofco was the founder and president of Blair Technology Group. The firm operated as an independent technology risk management consulting and IT staffing services organization since 1991, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Paradigm Solutions International in October 2005. Mr. Kristofco is a graduate of Saint Francis University of Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Accounting. He is a CPA and a member of the PICPA and AICPA. He is a frequent presenter in the areas of business continuity planning, information technology security, strategic technology planning and information technology recruiting. |
