Mr. DeRosa is the former Vice-Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of The Rouse Company (real estate development and operations), a position he held from September 2002 to November 2004 when The Rouse Company merged with General Growth Properties, Inc. From 1992 to September 2002, Mr. DeRosa held various positions at Deutsche Bank and Alex. Brown & Sons (Deutsche Bank AG), including Global Co-Head of the Health Care Investment Banking Group of Deutsche Bank and Managing Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group of Alex. Brown & Sons. Mr. DeRosa has served as a Director of the Company since January 2004 and is a member of the Board’s Audit, Investment, Nominating/Corporate Governance and Planning Committees. |
