Mr. Bouchard has been a member of the Manpower Inc. Board of Directors since 2001. He currently serves as Chairman of the Executive Compensation Committee and he is a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Bouchard retired as Senior Vice President Human Resources of IBM in 2000. He also served as a member of IBM's Corporate Executive Committee and Worldwide Management Council. Before joining IBM Mr. Bouchard was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for US WEST Inc. He previously spent 15 years with United Technologies where he held a variety of senior human resources executive positions. Mr. Bouchard is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labor Policy Association; sits on the Board for Nordstrom fsb; is a Trustee of the American Indian College Fund; and was elected by his peers as a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources. |
